Expensive shop anyway but it would be better that security guards didn't secretly follow in store making you feel uncomfortable, probably because I was wearing a hat and which I always wear. If you have security cameras he should be using them not everyone wearing a hat is a theif thankyou I pay for my shopping and always have wherever I go security guards need more trai ing as this attitude can put customers off going into that store.

Terrible service with party food. We ordered many platters of ready made sandwiches for an important christening event, weeks in advance, to collect on the day itself. Upon arriving to collect we were told more than half of the order was missing, with zero explanation. Upon complaining to customer services we were simply told ?party food orders are not guaranteed?, which then begs the question why even offer the service?! We were given a lot of ?takeaway? sandwiches as an attempt to rectify but we were missing vegetarian options, and anyway that?s not the point when ordering for a special event. We didn?t want to offer our guests train food. Beware, don?t bother with their party food service as it may as well be non-existent, we had zero apology, explanation or compensation. Not acceptable when relying on the service for catering.

Waitrose simply excells- in so many ways: the ambience of lighting, width of aisles, display of products; the breadth of choice; the helpfulness of the staff.
I never shop anywhere else unless it's an emergency.

If there was an option to give no stars I would however in order for to leave this review I was forced to give one star.
I would in fact that give minus if I could.
This place is great is you would like to be racially abused if you are of colour, if you are not I'm sure you will have a smashing time and enjoy your shopping.
This Waitrose should be given a lesson in DE&I because quite clearly the disgusting staff members have not been trained and when confronted about the racial abuse they tend to run in to a cupboard.

Very busy on a Saturday.A well stocked store, with easy access to the town centre.Everywhere was clean and well laid out.Charging points for electric vehicles plus a collection point for pre ordered shopping

Waitrose in Stroud offers a decent selection of groceries. However, prices can be higher compared to other supermarkets in the area. The staff very friendly and helpful.
