From The Star Anise Arts Cafe
Nicholas and the Star Anise team are dedicated to serving the Stroud community with a varied and seasonal menu of whole-food dishes, alongside their in-house baked goods. Serving up fresh sourdough bread, gluten free bread, croissants, cookies and cakes - all made from scratch in the Star Anise Kitchen.
Their coffee is sourced from Extract Coffee Roasters, Teas from Mr. Teas Teas, both of which are located a stones throw away in Bristol. Where ever possible Star Anise uses both local and organic ingredients.
Predominantly vegetarian, with the occasional fish dish and daily vegan and gluten free options. And all baking is done without using and refined sugar.
Star Anise prides itself on being a hub of the local community.
