Expensive, gruff and irritable service and not even good quality. Cash only too. We have been three times. They promised the gel doesn?t rise up like acrylic but 1 day into my nails and there is already a gap. I accidentally bumped my hand sticking it into the machine to dry and smudged the nail one time and the guy was so mad he had to redo one nail. He was so irritated and rude. The prices are high too. It?s cheaper in London. And my nails always lasted longer in London. We won?t be back. I?ll drive to cheltenham before doing this miserable experience.

Didn't have an appointment, but the lovely guys were accommodating and fit me and my daughter in, no problem. They were happy chatting to us, always checking we were happy with what they were doing at each stage. I had a picture of the nail art I wanted, and although it would take a bit longer to do (lots of different colours) that was no problem at all. Always friendly when I've been in before, and today was no different. They're amazing at doing nail art and will copy a picture perfectly, give it a go!Thanks again guys, love my rainbow nails, and my daughter is pleased to show off hers too.Services: Nail painting

Have been going now since it opened a not once have I had a problem. Always lovely staff male & female, all happy to help with the design I ask for shape an size never let me leave unhappy. An always leave happy with lovely nails. An always happy to fit my little girl in who loves to having her nails done annthey are so good with her. Thankyou guys you do a great job ? ?
