The staff there went above and beyond for me. I needed to arrange flowers for a local funeral from California and the team there helped make it possible for me to purchase through the website and build a creation that was specific and stunning for me. It was a stressful situation and they just took care of me. Simple as that, I am profoundly grateful for their kindness.

I rang the lily pad.yesterday morning following the sudden passing of my mum's partner and asked for a delivery of flowers to be sent to my mum. I had a fantastic friendly service from the lady on the phone. I said the amount I was wanting to spend and when I couldn't quite find the words to say on the card the lady kindly said I could phone back once I had decided what to put in the card which I thought was really thoughtful. The flowers turned up and are absolutely stunning. Thank you to the lillypad for my mums arrangement. I said she liked purple and.lillies and left the rest up to the staff at the Lilly pad to decide on flowers to go in the bouquet. Amazing service thank you so much xxxx

Absolutely brilliant. I booked The Lily Pad team two weeks before my wedding, not only did they come through within a two week time frame, they delivered everything I asked for within the budget I'd given them and the flowers were absolutely spectacular. Mandy & Colin & her team were really professional, approachable, friendly and warm. They organised the most beautiful bouquets, button holes, centre pieces & other floral arrangements for our wedding. The bouquets were so beautiful I was bowled over and absolutely cherished mine. Mandy made the bouquets and buttonholes for our wedding, they were made with love and care and exactly what I had asked for. They were all stunning and I?m getting them preserved. We recently had an elopement wedding & ?the Lily pad? supplied the most beautiful of arrangements. Then when asked on the day of the wedding, about 3 hours before the ceremony if they could create another 2 bouquets, they got straight to it & the bouquets were ready within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend!! The staff are so friendly.
