I placed an order for £75.00 of goods, I received a notification to say my order was ready for collection. I arrived at Stroud branch to be told they only had 1 of the 2 parcels. I was sent away saying they would call me when the other parcel arrived. That was two days ago, I have tried 4 times today to call the store and it disconnects after 5 minutes of ringing (I was in the store they don't answer the phone !!)How can a customer call on occasions like this to get an update?I now have to contact customer services and waste more time trying to find out where my additional items are.Rubbish service ! think twice about sending items to this store.................

So working in the NHS myself I would never usually slate a NHS service but today is a first. I went to get an emergency prescription for my daughter at 11am this morning and was informed by a lovely, helpful pleasant assistant that they had no pharmacist till 2pm to which I said oh dear sorry the 111 service obvs didn?t know that I will come back but thank you. Part 2 I return a 2pm to ask for my daughters prescription for the pharmacy technician to look at me like I have 2 heads and should not be there (a smile wouldn?t have gone a miss) I was reprimanded and reminded they were only doing emergency prescriptions to which I replied this is an emergency from the 111 service and explained I had been there early and advised to come back at 2pm. The the assistant pharmacist Charles started to loudly chat to each other as to he is working a rota system loud enough for me to hear and take note ? I was told there was an 1/2 hour wait with only one person in front of me waiting ????Amazing thou how when I said I worked in a dispensing Dr surgery and I?m sorry they had to work how they changed their whole attitude! It must be awful to work New Years Day but honestly it wasn?t my fault and I was made to feel awful ?

Last week they were unable to give all medication on my prescription as out of stock. Gave me an IOU for outstanding item, went in especially today to pick up item?.No Pharmacist ! An absolute joke, wasted journey, and I?ll need to go back again!

If you rely on this place ordering repeat meds, DONT. LYING, USELESS DANGEROUS AND ARROGANT.Update, 25th October. Pharmacy closed. No text or call as promised to tell me when meds ready. Waited for message, in town, getting cold, nothing. Went to shop at 2.30 to find it shut. Another 2 hours waiting at another pharmacy who didn't have what Superdrug should have given me today. No apology, just RUDENESS and bullying by Superdrug manager. Result:massively increased pain and fatigue, stress and distress. Dangerous situation without medically important tablets. An absolute disgrace.
