Staff are lovely & great Baristas at my local Eastington Starbucks & the place inside is clean , smart ?only problem is today (26/4) I ordered a Cappacino , it was pretty blah & was very weak , tasted like cheap coffee , I?ve actually had better at McDonald?s , a regular cappacino for £1.99 or I buy a regular & extra shot , still only £3!
If I?m paying over £4 at any coffee shop , I expect it to be excellent ! I love my coffee & use the app , spend lots of money at Starbucks , so would love a decent Cappacino/flat white (flat white is usually better but obviously stronger ) .
Can we have some cup/plastic recycling bins please ?.
Also would love it to be drive through as there is plenty of space surrounding the store !

Every time something goes wrong in this place? Like today I have ordered a large frappucino with coffee and got size medium without the coffee I?ve asked for. The ladies rush you while ordering even if there is no cue and stop to serve hot food while having whole fridge with nice looking snacks to heat up. I?ve been here many times and never even once something was spot on with my order? Management please look into it.

Service fine, selection of gluten free food extremely poor. No sandwiches and just a chocolate coin or a dry dry raisin and oat bar. Not very good if you're a coeliac and hungry.

Nobody was in shop as very early. Overcharged me and it wasnt until i mentioned it that they looked. Its only 70p however when the company is known for dodging uk tax then i think they take enough. They charge too much for food and drink. Got 70 pence in cash back. At least they gave it back but not

Nice coffee frisky staff but simply too expensive now..... A flat white and latte and little change from £8 ......doomed to close eventually. Interior lacks any style whatsoever what happened there?

It's ok..Nice coffee shop. Bit busy and loud as inside is quite cold in style...harsh surfaces make it echoey. Its got parking and staff friendly. Recommend.

The staff is always lovely, the location has just been renewed so it's brilliant, great place for working out of the house as it has good WiFi , and the drinks are always delicious ?
