This store is convenient for me as I have mobility issues and the parking is really close to the store. Pleasant staff, although there are too few of them nowadays.
There are things here I just can't buy in the budget supermarkets.

Watched a young man asking where he could find a product and was ignored he asked why he was ignored and was promptly BANNED from the store. The milk I bought turned with still a week to go the veg on display is WET! the manageress cackles like an old witch that you can hear all over the store.

Simple things are done badly - housekeeping inside the store is poor, many aisles are messy. Trolleys are poorly maintained and some unusable. I'm guessing the brand guys at head office have their own plans, but Sainsburys currently sits in the lower half of the supermarket league table.

Big fresh layout of the store and most things easy to navigate and find throughout, staff are friendly and the product availability was well stocked and no worries ? great for quick visit for our evening food and drink and evening snacks, large carpark with options for disabled, electric car charger, other specialist type of parking ? overall performance of flow was fast and easy to move about and get out easily if you are in a bit of a rush, checkout numbers open were efficient in this sense and self service checkouts open for your convenience, not a bad area and location of store and nicely set in the locality of stroud, toilets are also available instore with disabled toilets ? if you need ?

A great supermarket for the most part. My main issue is that they don?t seem to pay any attention to the maintenance of their trolleys. Many of them have very poor wheels which make them incredibly bumpy to move around. I usually have to test multiple trolleys before I can find one that rolls smoothly. This doesn?t seem to be an issue at any other supermarket I?ve been too.

Gutted they all stopped making doughnuts in store and are now imported from Belfast frozen. Different taste and texture. Sainsbury used to have the best Doughnuts.
