Terrible, 1st or 2nd class signed for - makes no difference, all late, can be traced to salmon springs sorting office from where they were sent but once there they dissappear for days until delivered.Possibly the worst delivery company in the world.

They tell lies when updating tracking stating delivery wont be completed as requested, when no person has requested this. Royal Mail happy to leave temperature controlled medication on a delivery sorting office floor over the weekend. When you call he number they don't do anything.

When the regular postman in my area is on holiday we have an elderly gentleman who is obese and walks with a limp,he told me that the round was too big so he split it into two days. That's all very well but I am disabled and housebound. Unfortunately I was scammed so my debit card was cancelled. A new one was sent but didn't arrive in the five days I was told so I rang my bank. They told me I should have received it by the Friday, because of the delayed delivery I didn't receive it until the following Tuesday. How was I supposed to buy my groceries online because I can't get to the shop. I wonder how many other disabled people have lived on one frozen meal when a carer comes for half an hour midday and no evening meal or breakfast when we are told it's care in the home not a care home!

Until recently we'd had the same postman - Craig - for years and he was excellent. We got post every day, Mon-Sat. Now local routes have been "consolidated", he's gone, and we're lucky if we receive any post more than 2 or 3 times/week. Neighbours are experiencing the same erratic service. This just isn't good enough. I know lots of cards have been sent for my Mum's upcoming 90th birthday and not a single one has arrived. That's awful.

I am awaiting 2 packages posted 3 weeks ago. One package reposted. Still not received anything. Had a parcel picked up from me to be delivered. Picked up by a white van. Obviously no postman delivering that day!!

I am very disappointed by the letter deliveries in my area.When our postman is away on holiday we've not been getting a service for 3 days, this happens every time. Please organise a replacement for when he is away. Although posted in plenty of time mother's in my area did not receive their cards until the following week because our postman was away.

Changed their opening hours again. A couple of months ago I could pick a parcel up on Saturday afternoon. Now they have reverted back to 9-1300hrs. ??
