Very slow, big queues as a result of the poor opening hours and size of building. Better to go to the post office at Stroud town centre.

I am disgusted and appalled by HOW RUDE the man behind the counter is at this post office. The woman is lovely! But the man needs to develop his people skills. I thought he was having an off day the first time I experienced his rudeness, but this is the fourth time he has left me feeling angry and outraged by his behaviour.

Staff always nice/helpful, great for nipping in to post parcels and mail. Very handy having snacks for my teenager also!

I wouldn't even rate this post office even 1 star, the post office its self is fine. But the man behind the counter is the most ignorant grumpy man, everyone around Uplands area says how they would never go in there because of him, and now I know why! Retire mate because your making everyone else miserable. Rude rude man
