“I had a fantastic appointment the Staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a bit of a problem to begin with about whether I was due for an apt or not but it was illegible handwriting that caused the hiccup once that was sorted the staff were lovely I had my eye test and bought two new frames to replace ones I have had for over ten years. The help that I received made what could have been rather fraught was very much appreciated. Even when the shop got quite busy the Staff dealt with it all with quiet efficiency. I am looking forward to returning on the 21st of this month to pick up my new glasses.”
