I phoned at 12.30 for an appointment, nobody called backI went into Nailsworth branch at 4.55 to be greeted with ?we?re closing in a few minutes. ? I said I had phoned earlier to make an appointment. Emma said we?ve been busy dealing with cancellations.Her body language was awful and she made no attempt to help me with an appointment as she drank her cup of tea. They must have too much business to behave with such poor customer service.

Have used your Clifton (Bristol) branch and always received good service. Living now in Stroud I was pleased to see that you have a branch here. Went to buy Euros and waited some minutes as your staff were busy. First of all no one acknowledged me. A quick word to say I'll be with you ASAP would have been helpful. Eventually I was asked how can I help. I asked for some Euros, then the phone rang, and your staff member said bear with me a minute so she could answer the phone. I said no, I'll go somewhere else. Very rude member of staff. Always serve the customer you can see. People can call back. I will not be using your service again.

I wanted to use a local firm to book my trip to Spain so I called Miles Morgan with the brief.After a week I'd heard nothing so I rang and was told it had been passed on to a colleague and that she would call me back.Three weeks on I've heard nothing. So Ive now booked the whole trip with another firm who came back same day with a full itinerary.I would never call Miles Morgan again. Useless.
