I came into the Stroud branch this afternoon with a possible credit card problem. I was seen very promptly by a lovely lady in one of the cubicles. There was indeed an issue and she resolved this to my entire satisfaction very efficiently. I don’t know your name, but thank you so very much!

Rude, irreverent and openly hostile to customers. I'm sure it's not their fault as they only have two cashiers, one of which had her station closed for 6 minutes whilst people were waiting. Awful awful place.
