3 months after replacing the tires and doing the tracking, the tires are badly worn on the exterior and need replacing.

Peter was an absolute god send today. We were completely stranded and needed our tyre sorting out. Peter managed to squeeze us in despite being fully booked. Top service.

only supposed to be in the town for 20mins but bust my tire, they sorted it out gor me back back on road more expensive then I would usually pay for a tire but can?t help what n stock when ya need ASAP and was they same situation at they other Gargages altho they guy at Quick Fit was brilliant going above and beyond and got his Colleague even managed to take me bolt off and replace them saving me £125 due to not having a wheel nut!!

My partner and I pulled up yesterday after hearing a noise. They didn?t have space to fix it that day but the guys still got it on the ramp and told us exactly what the issue was and gave us advise on how to get it sorted.

My wife had a puncture and popped in right at the end of the day to see if it could be repaired. Sadly not, but the chap who looked at it stayed late and didn't charge to find the puncture. There was no pressure to buy a new tyre from them but they did price and left it with us. Great service and will be back for the tyre soon.

Sam and his colleagues at this branch are a rare find these days. Not only extremely knowledgeable but they actual listen to people to get to grips with the cars problem and then go about fixing the issue.
My wheel alignment was fixed and tyres re balanced following a visit to different tyre business nearby who buggered them up !
I was kept informed thru each process and shown the balance readings by Sam before and after. I was incredibly impressed by there attitude and willingness to solve my dilemma.
Every customer who entered the place was acknowledged and got the same high level of service.
I also wanted my ADAS calibration done but unfortunately they didn't have the equipment for my Hyundai, hope they will get it in the future, investment in technology is vital as cars become more complex.
Highly recommend this branch of Kwik fit and my sincere thanks to Sam and his colleagues for fixing my car and their expertise.

Travelling from Preston came off at Junction 13 and picked up a very large bolt in my new Tesla Y tyre. Limped to the Stroud Kwik Fit the service and attention from the staff was excellent . New tyre fitted, the remaining ones checked over and back on the road in 30mins First class ?

We?ve booked a mobile tire fitting with Kwik Fit around Stroud area ! What an excellent service this was and an extremely friendly and helpful guy Kyle did a fantastic job swapping all 4 tires and even setting the tire pressure setting for us in the car!
