Such a kind lady, I arrived very near to closing on a Saturday Afternoon and I was treated with compassion and care. Very sad circumstances, but I was able to take beautiful flowers to a very lovely friend that needed them. Would absolutely recommend, thank you x

Very disappointing. Recently I have ordered 2 bouquets of flowers and whilst I saw neither bouquet I understand from the recipients that they were lovely.However customer service is very disappointing. On the first occasion I had had trouble paying online so emailed just to check it had gone through. I received no response so I phoned to enquire. I was told that the email had probably gone into their junk folder hence not replying. No apology. I felt like I was being a nuisance.I gave them a second chance and ordered again online and received the automated response saying my order had been received. Money came out of my account so I assumed all was well. The flower delivery was important and so I just phoned to check the flowers had been delivered. When I phoned they didn?t recognise the name and no they hadn?t delivered.... they said they would check and phone me back. They then phoned and said they had now found the order and they would deliver the flowers that day as I had originally requested. No apologies whatsoever and no explanation given as to why they hadn?t received the order . If I hadn?t phoned the flowers would not have been delivered.I chose to use a local business to support them but I was so disappointed and shocked at how unapologetic they were and how emails and internet orders get lost.Maybe they are really busy or stressed or having a difficult time but sadly don?t feel I can trust Jacaranda again sorry. I hope you can sort out your emails and internet orders so other people?s orders don?t get lost.

Following my previous review, Jacaranda kindly and personally took great efforts to rectify the issue. We were very happy with the results and would use them again.

Extremely arrogant, unhelpful and overpriced.Despite prepayment in full and more than a week's notice, the shop was grudgingly opened up 20 mins late (with myself and 2 other customers waiting outside in a snowstorm) only to be told that we were "lucky" she had opened at all. Not a word of contrition or apology.If this young lady wishes to build a reputation, she'll have to try a lot harder; the floral arrangement was good, but this is a very full price florist and "other brands are available".I won't be back

Ordered flowers for my sister at 11.30 am for a same day delivery. A beautifully arranged bouquet of fresh flowers were delivered 40 minutes later. Brilliant service, thank you.

I wanted some flowers for a birthday gift, the lady working seemed busy and unwilling to help me. I felt like an irritation and like she had better things to be doing. A frosty reception all round and did not leave me wanting to return. The flowers I bought were ok, but to be honest I just wanted to get out of there! A shame, as I really want to support local businesses. A florists should be a lovely welcoming place to go.

Bought flowers for my mum's birthday and we were really pleased. It was easy to order over the phone and the flowers delivered were lovely, just what we asked for, good quality and arranged beautifully. My mum often visits the shop and says she always has a warm and helpful welcome.

It?s a shame this shop used to be so good before it changed hands!To be fair they do great flowers displays for funeral & weddings and I?m so happy that we chose them for our memorial flowers!We asked on the Saturday for them to reserve a plant for us they said of corse come get it on Monday. when we get there at 11:00 they had sold it! (even though they told us they would hold it and they literally had only been open 2 hours)We explained this to the woman who was in the shop and she hardly said anything not even an apology for selling the plant we had saved. The plant was intended for our 5th anniversary.I Just wanted to add on that if the woman had actually said sorry and made more of an effort to apologise then I probably wouldn?t have left this review as I understand things do just happen and that?s life but I we didn?t even receive an ounce of remorse or even just saying sorry that at least would have been professional!I wish I could leave a better review as I?m sure they are lovely people & it might have been a bad day but as a business owner myself there is a general understanding that your meant to be accommodating to customers!Hope this was helpful to anyone!
