Excellent plants and some interesting container options - strawberry pot anyone?! Even most of the reduced plants looked well watered and relatively healthy (cant have been easy with the crazy heat lately) and with up to 75% off wouldve been rude not to buy some... good variety with some unusual ones thrown in and their displays are just too tempting - the cottage garden look is perfect right now.

I only found out yesterday that the garden centre area is still Homebase! (and frankly it's all I ever went to Homebase for...)
Lots of reduced plants right now as they seem to not have their ordering levels sorted yet, and regular customers like me probably have no idea what's there.
Looks better stocked than it did when it was Homebase - but there's a lot more tacky 'hun' garden ornaments like bronze dragons and concrete buddhas...
No one seems to be watering the plants, so the reduced ones often look parched and dead.

Bought some shelving units that did not come with any of the hardware required to assemble the shelves. had to go back a 2nd time to collect the missing hardware and STILL wasn't given the correct items. So I have to go back again... BUT the one thing that annoyed me more than anything else I did not get an apology.. not once. The guy behind the til seemed like he couldn't care less. wont be buying from homebase again

Ross was really helpful with a massive order we placed and took it out to the car and helped load it all. He then continued to help us around the shop for the things we needed and is a credit to the store.
