After receiving the incorrect order, I was told on 3 separate occasions that the manager would contact me with instructions/how to get my money back. As a customer, I listened, silly me.
After many deceitful conversations over the phone, my trusting nature was again, abused. I was told that it had been over 24hrs, so they couldn't do anything. Confused, 1 ask why they told me to wait for an email....obviously it was their policy to take advantage of customers
To this day, I'm out of pocket by £15.
Polite throughout on the phone, I can only imagine their staff laughing at me and this post.
As for the food I ordered.....can't comment.
As for the food that arrived.......meh.

Delicious and authentic food. Catered for family event with a great selection of food. Tiramisu was also amazing! Very good service, staff were all very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely does not live up to a restaurant experience, it?s somewhere between a takeaway and crèche.
It?s ?great? if you have children, as there is a large play area at the front of the room. If you would rather not eat in a nursery, then it is absolutely not for you.
Really odd vibe, having used Fat Toni?s for takeaways for many years and always getting great pizza, I was really surprised to experience how far they missed the mark when attempting a restaurant experience.
There wasn?t really any of the ?service? qualities that you?d expect in a restaurant, waiters are dealing with the takeaway side of the business as well as the restaurant side so I can imagine it?s difficult to juggle both at the same time.
The wait staff kind of just plonk the food in front of you then that is about it, don?t offer sauces, or check in on you, ask if you want another drink, suggest desserts (if they are available), you have to wave one down to get the bill etc.
The pizza is ?upmarket? and premium, in quality and price, but the overall experience damages that quality.
In summary, avoid if you want lunch in a ?nice place?
Kid-friendliness: Overly. More of a kids cafe than a restaurant.

Our large family group had a great evening here and the pizza was top class as usual. Amazing range of delicious pizza toppings and outstanding pasta dishes. Friendly and helpful staff and great service. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made us feel right at home with her warm demeanor. Elisa went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, checking in at just the right moments without being intrusive.

Hannah was great! Good is always good. Service is amazing! Vegans heaven. Lovely atmosphere.
Vegetarian options: Great place for vegans to have pizza. Also have vegan mayonnaise!

Was a bit hungry so ordered the vegan pizza - 20? the biggest pizza I?ve ever eaten. But wow was it good. Had it for breakfast and lunch the next day. Delicious!

Wheelchair accessibility: On ground floor, no steps.

I found this restaurant online after looking for a place to eat while staying on Stroud and glad I did.
The service was friendly and polite and the menu all looked good.
I ordered the The Vegasauras
Margherita, Walnuts, Artichokes, Gorgonzola and Pesto and what a tasty pizza. The portion size was really good and was real quality. That with a pint of beer was ideal.
Good value overall as well.
Vegetarian options: Good choice of vegetarian options which are really tasty whether you are vegetarian or not.

Went to the restaurant for the first time this evening. The pizzas were excellent and the staff really friendly and efficient. However, the best thing was the live music, which was amazing!
