Laura the manager is amazing, she is so bubbly and welcoming. I am unable to go often due to working full time, but she does her best to get me an appointment that suits me. She waxes my eyebrows to exact how I like them to be because she listen to what I have to say. Great experience eveytime and such a lovely environment.
