Alicia is great and couldn't fault her knowledge and conduct in quoting up a new airtime and device contract .
However I am unimpressed with her colleagues, the atmosphere in there is very unprofessional , having a laugh when it's quiet is fine, being the cool nonchalant manager doesn't float with me.
I had been in to the shop 2 weeks earlier enquiring about a mobile router setup.
The manager bought that up and said that as a customer I should have gone with the previous staff member , it shouldn't be up to me to inform him it was unrelated .
And to be honest i was enjoying the process much more with my current staff member than previously .
The icing on the cake and the reason I will be unlikely to take out a contract with EE even though I was happy with the deal offered is the fact they tried to pressure the sale , the manager interrupted the process and stated that because of the type of credit check that has been conducted that I would only be able to buy a phone from them if I completed the transaction same day before 5pm, otherwise I would have to wait 30 days .
This would appear to be nonsense , and obviously I could pay for the phone and handset with multiple means aside the car under check .
Don't treat people like idiots particularly when they're not and you might have made a sale .
Will avoid and instruct family members to do the same .

Walked in to ask about a new BT pay as you go phone, as I understood that BT and EE were together. I got a very rude response from a male staff member with an icy stare and he told me that they were nothing to do with BT, fair enough, but drop the attitude and the adopted 'GOD' complex mate.

Went in Sunday to upgrade my 4g WiFi device and the team we're very friendly and helpful. I give George a 10/10 as he helped me find the best deal to suit my needs, even though there was a hiccup with their tablet ,he stayed calm and explained everything clearly, so a big thankyou to him and also jack .

Went in to simply upgrade my phone but due to the fact that the staff are untrained and under qualified it took almost 3 hours and due to this I got a parking ticket!!????
Do not use this store completely incompetent staff!!!!

Ollie is extremely rude and un professional!
Swearing under his breath at a lady as she left the shop.
The way he spoke about a Female trainee as she went somewhere in the shop was appalling!

Asked two members of staff about roaming charges for New York they both said you don?t need to worry you get charged £2.56 per day I quibbled this twice with them but they insisted .. what a load of tosh not a brain cell between them called EE today it?s £25 the moral of the story is go straight to the engine driver not the monkey

Good customer care and very polite, but all PAYG phones and contracted phones can be bought at a much lower cost along with much better deals (contract) elsewhere if you care to spend an hour shopping around (and these much better deals at a lot lower cost will be the same deals as the ones that you'd be buying directly from EE )
