Terrible.
Hands down the worst Costa I?ve ever been to. We went out for a coffee with my toddler and mother. The woman with red hair serving us was so incredibly rude and disrespectful bordering on abusive. Being Christmas we were all in very good spirits we said hello and merry Christmas as we walked in, there was absolutely no reason to be so horrible. She of course saved the worst part till after we had paid.
I ordered my 3 year old a small cup of warm milk and was given a large glass of scolding hot burnt milk. After I asked her to correct it she shouted at us that we didn?t order a baby-chino. When I explained it was unsafe to serve a child burnt boiled milk she further raising her voice. To which I just walked away as my daughter was getting upset at this scary woman.
I?ve since read other reviews about this Costa and the bad ones all described a similar person. My question is why is this person still in her job? Never ever going back to this place and nor will anyone in my family.

I love Costa and I'm a frequent visitor to this one and others. However, the girl with red hair who serves in this one is awful. She is really rude and the service myself and my friend received the other day means I'll avoid it when she's serving.

Had 2 medium hot chocolate disgusting, more like hot milk. Girl clearly doesn't know how to make a hot chocolate. Shocking. Never again. Nicer in the house

Cafe clean. Would have liked a serviette but didn't appear to be any about. Toasted Sandwich was brought out quickly.. perfect if you pushed for time.Nice seating and well spaced.Wheelchair access door on side.
