Amazing customer service , Louise helped me to find the best makeup product for my skin, she really did help me a lot as I don't use makeup at all ,but I needed something asap and without her I would have been lost ! Thank you so much ,you are a superstar ?????

I find the pharmacy staff to be at times sneering and judgemental.
I have my medications delivered which I appreciate. However, they text me a two hour time slot on the morning of my delivery then proceed week in and week out to arrive over an hour early. So far I've been in, but inconveniently in various states of undress. I feel confined to the house in case they show up very early. The day I have to be out until the 2 hour slot is the day they come early and I therefore go without my medications.

My family and I went to Boots for some supplies we needed. You can more or less find anything for healthcare or cosmetics. Since I did not have interaction with the staff I can't judge on this.

Alex couldn't have been more helpful and went out of his way to ensure I was able to get the specific design and lens that I preferred. He explained all options very clearly and ensured that I fully understood at each stage.

Very bad customer service in the prescription + Advice & medicine centre.
One of girls who is not responding . My medicine arrived here . She didn?t take time for looking my medicine. She immediately replied that she didn?t get any medicine for me here . It was my depression medicine and was very important for me . Then I talked another person here I told him everything. He takes time and got my medicine. Very disappointed. I have cordial request to boots authority for looking the pharmacy reception

Staff throughout the store are polite and friendly, and service is normally quite quick. There is a good range of products in the store, and often several offers and promotions. As well as the usual toiletries, this shop does lunch food and drink, and has a pharmacy counter.

The staff in the shop are so lovely but I actually get riddled with anxiety when I have to go in to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy! As soon as you walk up to the counter you are met with rudeness. I have left off leaving a review for years now because I know how busy they all are and understand the pressures the team must be under but the service us awful every single time I go in there now - and its not just me. I see the staff talking to everyone with the same level of disdain. Elderly people, people in pain, people who are unwell and scared and upset. People who are just looking for a bit of support and kindness.I understand there are pressures on the service at the moment but it is not your customers fault.Perhaps if you were to receive the customer in a polite and friendly manner, they will respond in kind.It's so sad because the service here used to be great.As someone who works in complaints myself, I hate leaving reviews like this but someone really needs to take note of the service the pharmacy customers are and have been receiving for months now

Staff are always kind and helpful. Always go above and beyond to help. Staff are always smiling and positive. Great customer service. Always get my prescription ready in a good amount of time and text me when it is ready. Great communication. Staff are efficient and very person centered.
