I'm so glad I chose Andrews to sell my house in Stroud. From the first visit Charlie's energy and enthusiasm sold the firm to me, he liked my house and wanted to sell it and he did! The energy, team work and welcome as you enter the branch is tangiable, they communicate with each other and are all able and willing to answer any queries. Charlie and Shayla were assigned to my sale but Mandy, Helen and Josh all showed prospective buyers round and so were familiar with the property. Andrews offered 'soft marketing' which appealed to me, they drew up the details for the house and, with my agreement, showed a few prospective buyers round before I was ready to advertise it online and in the shop window a few months later. Once I was ready, I gave them the go-ahead and it was sold at the asking price before a board had been errected. I'm a very satisfied customer, and a bonus is that charities benefit from the sale, I have no reservation in recommending Andrews to sell your house. Thank you to the A team!

Andrews is the one!!!! I had viewings from Andrews and Hunters, a nice young lady from Andrews called Shayla came and valued my property so professionally and full of confidence and she wasn?t wrong as my property was sold in no time!. The photographer had a set of my keys as I was at work, he locked the porch door and my porch door key was inside the house!! After getting home on a long day at work I was locked out ?????, it was 9pm I was tired I wanted to just get in my house and sleep, Andrews came to my rescue when another nice lady named Paula out of her own time opened up the depot just to give me the porch key so I could get in my property! Wow! I felt so bad, however Paula was so greatful and I thank her so much! Also Shayla was involved by keeping me updated on getting my porch key ASAP late at night!. (Was all my own fault btw). And not to forget a top young man called Josh! He was ace! We communicated a lot, he was keeping me in the loop on every bit of progress, chasing the solicitors from both sides, politely giving them a kick up the bum! He got the exchange and deal over the line in no time! We are now friends and we msg each other about sports and life in general. Andrews made my life happy and easy! Whoever is in charge of these guys then they deserve a pay rise or at least a bonus!! Thank you Andrews!. Msg to the public! If you don?t choose Andrews on buying or selling, your an idiot. Thanks again Andrews! The best Estate agents in Stroud/Gloucestershire. I hope you enjoy the wine and chocolates as a big thank you.
