We only stopped in this beautiful village for a quick drink, but the pub was excellent, as was the drink, and more especially was the company. The landlady took on the pub at just 24 years old - there cannot be many startup landladies SO YOUNG! And she's doing a great job!

Quiet for a Saturday lunchtime. Nice old style pub with good basic food and nice local beer. Well worth a visit if you are passing this way.

I would like to say a special thank you to the two ladies who helped me today, literally life savers.
The pub was 15 minutes from opening, and they were having a relaxed coffee in the beautiful beer garden, with fab tunes.
I am a type 1 diabetic and, despite being in activity mode on my pump, my sugars were diving.
A full fat coke, and a nice chat later, I managed another 4 miles.
What a lovely place, and even better staff / owners.
Thank you, we will definitely see you again, but hopefully not in an emergency next time!

Really good food, reasonable prices, great atmosphere and great place to stay. Came for my girlfriend's birthday and they were so accommodating and even gave us a bottle of bubbly! 10/10

What a great place. If you?re visiting The Cotswolds this is a must stop. This traditional pub offers a warm welcome with exposed beams, crackling log fires, and a delightful beer garden. Known for it?s great food real ales, and friendly atmosphere, it's the perfect spot for a relaxing meal or evening drink. The pub serves classic British fare with a modern twist, including Sunday roasts that are particularly popular with both locals and visitors. The landlords are also lovely!
