New brochure is very poor In the past bought some excellent goods and in 2022 was at the shop and made purchases. Now goods we bought have obviously been withdrawn and the quality and photos look very unappealing. Very poorly made brochure. Now find Lakeland have much superior brochures and more choice Not furniture though. Very dissapointed won't be coming to Stow and making for Scott's Not impressed at all very poor reviews as well

Not a lot of shops.The usual mistake of putting the car park in the centre, so movement is always among moving cars.It is a terrible shame, that to build this has meant the town is now devoid of so many stores.

My mother purchased a Neo chef microwave oven with grill on the 03/01/2023. The microwave stopped working in August 2023.After spending hours trying to contact customer services we were told that any goods purchased before the company went into administration will not get any warranties honoured. Just a big thank you Scott's of Stow for basically ripping off an 89 year old customer. You should hang your heads in shame.

I had trouble ordering online a sale item as offer code didn't work as usual. Last try to order on phone, couldn't get through then my dreams came true lovely Liam or maybe Leon answered my call was amazing, friendly efficient without rushing my older self infact should be how all customers are treated with humour and lots of kindness. The world could do with more people like him 10 out of 10

Goods ordered by my 83 year old father in law were never delivered. When I enquired on his behalf Stows said "not us" that'll be the company that went bust two days after cashing his cheque.The biggest bunch of charlatans I've ever come across.Same websiteSame (premium rate) phone numberSame catalogueDeal with them at your peril!!! You have been warned!!

Be aware -Just received mail shot catalogue from company called 'Expert Verdict'. Seemed a strange name so checked it out and the director is same person who was director of Scotts of Stow which was dissolved in June 2023 and is, apparently, in liquidation. I put it in the bin.

How very strange, this company owes me £200 from an order I placed but didn't receive the out of stock goods, I then received a letter from them telling me that they have gone into administration.Low and behold, I've just received one of their catalogue's through the post, with a picture of 2 loyalty cheque's on it, never mind the loyalty cheque's, just send me the £200 back.

Most disappointed with my latest order. EVRI are sitting on part of it. Should have been delivered Friday 26th - still nothing, no information or help from EVRI. Scott's staff are helpful but their hands are tied. Other part of order supposed to have been dispatched on 29th May but no news on that either. Will not order from Scott's again sadly.

Taken money knowing they were going into administrationOrder bedding in January 23 , delivery date was stated as 2nd Feb 23.They sent a note saying delivery was delayed until May 23.Received a letter to say went into administration and they are "unable to support " in respect of the order and offered a £20 voucher. Basically they have stolen £167 from me.All seems very dubious and crooked. Have raised a dispute against the payment with my bank.

Elderly parents have spent over £100 on mats. Should have been delivered over 2 weeks ago. Contacted customer service, the say they are contacting the suppliers, will get back to me. Never do. Awful customer service, do not care. If I don't hear next week I will contacting local trading standards. Do not use

The company has a 2.6 star rating for good reason. The company went bust (again) in March leaving huge debts. They will not honour their obligations and the customer service is appalling. Don?t buy from this company!!
