Great selection. Good advice, so although I spent more per bottle than I'd planned, it was a delicious Saurmur rose rather than a merely serviceable prosecco. I paid a deposit for champagne flutes and a large plastic ice bucket, which was refunded when I returned them. Easy parking right outside the door. Helpful staff who offer to carry to car even when other customers are queueing. Top marks!

Went in to pick up some special occasion wines for my brother, who lives locally. Outstanding service from the manager, who greeted us warmly and found exactly the wines that I was looking for. His knowledge of the stock was outstanding and something you don't find very often. I was extremely impressed.

Difficult parking

1st time at Majestic. Was warmly greeted on arrival and escorted around to ensure I got what I visited for, but can't help wondering if it's all a bit overpriced compared to supermarkets. And are they selling you what you really want or what makes the best margin? But I was very well looked after and left happy so all in all a good experience, just can't see myself being a regular.
