Poor customer service.I fully understand Covid restrictions - on visiting the shop in Stow I entered the shop to be told to stay outside in a rude condescending manner. There was one customer in the shop. I asked for a price list and was refused. I wished to purchase a bottle of fine Red Burgundy for a relatives birthday.... read full comment
