Run by a husband (runs the front) and wife (who does the kitchen). He's super friendly and funny. We had a delicious cream tea.

We called in for a cream tea and were certainly not disappointed. Best cream tea we have had on this trip. Scones were homemade and fresh, perfect scones, good quality cream and home made jam, I had Forest Fruits, my husband and friend had strawberry, both homemade and tasty but for me the Forest Fruits had the edge. Good thing we don?t live locally, I would be there as often as I could. The other food also looked really good with lots of choice.

We were in need of some lunch whilst with family and stopped off here. It is very popular so need to book. Luckily we were ok as there was 6 of us and someone cancelled. Gentleman was very accommodating sorted us out with cold water on the hottest day of the year. Food was exceptional first class. We had the savoury crumpets and others had ploughman?s and sandwiches. The food presentation was brilliant and food was very tasty. Gentleman made it easy for us as well when sharing. The cream tea for one was amazing and the homemade cake?s delicious. We will definitely go back when in the area again. Nothing was too much trouble. Very reasonably priced and lovely dainty coffee shop

Food exceptional, always fresh. Could do with the likes opening here in St Neots. Never any urgency to finish your meal and go. Great way to enjoy part of your holiday.

This is a lovely little tea room with family story that will touch your heart and see the goodness they offer in conversation. Their menu was lovely, we ordered tea cakes (made locally and the lightest I?ve ever eaten!), cream teas (and THE best scones we?ve EVER eaten!) and each was divine. Beautiful presentation, great tastes and lovely service. We know where you are now so we?ll make a point of coming back, though to be on the safe side, I think I?ll book!

Luv this place. Quaint little bakery with lunch as well. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Try it! Just off the main square with seating for 18. Cozy.

Thank goodness we booked a table here, as people were beng turned away due to it being full. Simple menu of simple, yet delicious home-cooked food ranging from sandwiches, to Cream Scones to Steak and Jacket potatoe (my choice). Food is served fresh and un-hurried, and there is absolutley no pressure to leave the table when you're done. I seem to recall that most of the customers were repeat whilst we were in there. Would happily return.

What a hidden gem! Had a delicious lunch here today, all home made & beautifully presented. We were obviously fortunate to get a table straight away but if you have to go away & come back in half an hour - do that, don't go anywhere else, it's worth the wait! Food prefect! Love the ethos Jackie & Alan have here. Read about them from the little plaque on the table & read the poems in the toilet too! Such a refreshing change not to be hurried. Thank you Jackie & Alan - may God bless you as you are a blessing to others. See you there one glorious day!

The Old Bakery Tearoom is a hidden gem. It?s is only small, but the atmosphere is lovely and the service is unhurried and of a type you do not get very often now. The couple who have owned and operated it for the last 18 years provide excellent homemade food presented to a high standard too. Everything is homemade and you can definitely tell it?s prepared with love. We had 2 ploughman?s lunches with 2 latte coffees too. Homemade chutney complemented the cheese and ham and the homemade salad dressing made the salad zing! This little gem is well worth hunting out as you won?t be disappointed. Thank you for a lovely lunch.

Enjoyed a delicious cream tea - home made scones and my wife was delighted as she is gluten intolerant and was well catered for. Lovely pot of tea, too. Our friends shared a toastie too and both had good sized portion. Alan was most attentive and I would highly recommend this place - easy online booking system as well.
