left car at the garage whilst going on holiday with promise it would be ready when we came back, 4 weeks later they had not even started on the repairs. kept putting off the pick up time as had not bothered to start, had to get by without a car and put off moving home due to this. then charged us a second MOT for being past 10 days of the first MOT being done, despite being their fault not ours ? quite ridiculous and unprofessionalwas a dark blue renault clio, definitely correct garage

first time i came here to get a little bit done on my bike everything went fine. but second time had a bit more done and i took pictures of before and after. there was bolts rounded off which never got drilled out. Back tire was replaced and now back brake doesn't work at all. I rang back and he even said he could of spent an extra half an hour to take break apart to grease etc. So why didnt you? The guy who did the work was very rude over the phone and i will never be coming back to this garage again.

The absolute best garage. The guys always take the time to explain what?s needed and talk me through things.More than once I?ve turned up without an appointment and they?ve managed to squeeze me in and had my car back for me that same day. They?ve even gone so far as not to charge me for investigating a noise my brakes were making as no actual work was needed, even though both took it out for a test drive and had it up on the ramp, which took time out of their day.Cannot recommend them enough ?? ?

My partner bought a car from this garage on Saturday. She had a terrible experience with a previous car purchase and so was anxious about doing it all over again. She dealt with Matt and he put her at ease. She very quickly had a lot of confidence in the garage, loves her car and will use the garage going forward for MOTs etc. They made sure the car was completely sound with 12months MOT, new service and any anomalies taken care of, even topped up the AC gas. A great experience all round and would recommend +++ Thank you for your help and making my partner feel at ease.

Absolutely fantastic service at incredibly short notice. I'm a visitor to the town, driver window on the car had collapsed and would not close making the car insecure and on what seems like the wettest day of the year!They took time out of their already busy schedule on a Saturday morning, were reassuring, identified the problem (will need a permanent fix when I'm back home) and made it secure.I can now get on with the plans for the day without worrying about the car getting stolen, soaked or both. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks guys ???

Really efficient and thorough job done.Lightning fast turn around aswell!Took my ktm in for a service and repair and everything done with minimal fuss.Will definitely be using this garage again for my motorcycle and car servicing, highly reccomend!!
