I can?t praise this practice enough. The receptionists are helpful, calm and really friendly. Every GP I?ve seen is efficient but caring and kind. Repeat prescriptions are processed incredibly quickly. A brilliantly run surgery with kind, patient and efficient staff.

Unless u ring at 8am you?ll struggle to get a appointment which is ridiculous as some people just can?t do it I think that it?s wrong if we don?t wake up in time we cant get medicated or anything? Might aswelll open a new hospital round here and this place is going down hill rapid

Had a phone call booked for Saturday at 12. Spoke to Dr Kelly who was kind & caring. I felt listened to and not rushed at all. I personally would rather have a telephone call than an appointment. Thank you Dr Kelly.

Friendly, efficient service. After all the horror stories about getting in touch with GPs I was worried I wouldn't be able to get an appointment for my child - but used the online booking, had a reply before 10am saying someone would call and they did, asked to come in and seen same day.

Today was the first time in several years that I've needed any help from my doctor. One phone call and I had a prescription waiting for me within an hour. Absolutely first class service.
