I have never met Sam for a treatment before but she was so lovely - easy to talk to, explained what I needed to know and totally professional delivering a great service. I had a bad experience, I wanted the micro needling, in particular around my eyes, but they just ignored that area. Bear in mind it?s safe to go around the eyes, even over the eyelids, but they just didn?t do it, I had 3 treatments and I explained each time that I wanted that area doing, the trouble is that I couldn?t tell until later that it hadn?t been done because of the white areas, so I went back and explained again at my next treatment and the same thing happened, 3 treatments, the rest of my face was done but the area i specifically wanted and paid for was just ignored, I feel foolish for giving them 3 chances but I won?t be doing it again. When I tried to explain to them what happened they made out that I was mistaken but it was very clear to me I wasn?t mistaken, it was very obvious each time from the lack of redness and tenderness in this particular area, very embarrassing for me to have wasted the time and money on this.

I absolutely love coming to Perfection for my treatments! Sam has recently done two treatments for me - a lash lift and tint and a hydra facial! My lashes look amazing and even weeks after having them done, I still get so many compliments! Sam is knowledgable, friendly and the kindest soul! She always welcomes you with a smile and is always happy to answer any questions you have, particularly around skincare! Highly recommend Perfection, especially Sam! Thank you very much Sam!
