Thank you to all the staff at the Dockers club for hosting a family funeral reception for us yesterday. The buffet was amazing and was very well received with many compliments. Lovely selection of food and plenty of it too. Your efforts to please didn?t go unnoticed, so thank you for helping to turn a sad day into a celebration of life. Highly recommended for functions.

Had an amazing Sunday lunch for Mothers Day. The food was fantastic and it was great value for money. Service was amazing and it has a very relaxed atmosphere. Lovely touch with the daffodils for every mum, wrapped in pink ribbon personalised for the Social club. Will definitely be going back

Been here a couple of times whilst out walking.......Great place to stop off. This time went to the bike/car night, as always fantastic!! Great yearly event for enthusiasts or taking the family out. Bbq, burger van. Bar staff slow though. Can't comment on food as haven't eaten here for years! But heard the food is good.Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids outside.........PLENTY of room for them to run around......where they can't escape ?Parking: Plenty of free parkingWheelchair accessibility: Only accessible if sitting outside.

Went for Sunday lunch & very disappointed as used to be so good & all home cookedToday?s food was not hot , vegetable were extremely overcooked & bland . Yorkshire puddings were frozen. Strange addition of sweetcorn that in my opinion does not belong on a roast dinner. Will not return

Great weekend stay in the motorhome.Good pub grub type food in the clubhouse, generous portions and very fair prices.Friendly, helpful staff and dog friendly too.

Lovely hour spent here. Found by chance. Great food and has both indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly welcoming staff. Great place to check out the historic nature of the local area. New ownership since last visit. Limited menu now but good food.
