Ordered a washing machine, received email that delivery slot was all day. Is important to have machine as soon as possible because i have kids and lots of washing. wife took day off work to receive machine.Then received another email saying it would delivered 8-11am on day before delivery.I was then rang 8:10am on delivery date, by customer services agent called Nadia who said my machine was not going to be there as they had problems in warehouse.I asked if my order would be complete day after delivery date? I was told that i would have to wait another 3 days, and couldn?t even guaranty it would be there then.When pushed was told there is no driver in my area.im now down money for a machine. I have no way of washing my clothes and My wife has lost a days pay and i still have no conclusive information to say where or when i will get my machine.Have ask for it to be escalated but dont have high hopes. Will update review if anything changes.

The only friendly soul is the one at the gate.The lack of a sign forced me to search. I was in the office there I heard from one of the employees "he has no idea where it is" ... strange attitude for the UK :/I kept looking but I quickly realized that this is the office it must be and I came back. The girl said I have the wrong ref. When I was returning to the truck, an employee approached me asking about the ref and this one turned out to be the right one .... :)Loaded fast but the man was rough....

Appalling company to deal with. Incredibly rude & uncompassionate staff.Had 2 oven fail from the same issue in 2.5 years. Indesit not interested in repairing or replacing even though this appliance must surely be deemed unfit for purpose and was only outside of 12 month warranty period by 2-3 months on both occasions.I should add that they were kind enough to offer for an engineer visit at a cost just shy of the oven replacement cost. Very kind.The 10 Year Parts Warranty is also a scam, if you read the small print. Their engineer must fit the part at whatever ridiculous cost they see fit and within a ridiculously long timeframe.Another case of large companies ripping of the little man to maximize those profits. Stay away from Indesit & Hotpoint.

There is a lack of amenities for drivers and you cannot park on the territory at night (not only Indesit, but also other companies here). At the entrance, check for the presence of a vest and protective shoes (if you come across a harmful ladybug, you will be forced to wear shoes in the cabin!). When it's your turn, they load very quickly, about 15 minutes, plus getting the papers. The staff is polite and friendly, especially the grandfather at the bus stop. Every time I come across his change, it makes me feel good

Terrible customer service and engineering service. Will complain here as hotpoint/indesit don't have any channels to follow these issues up or for direct complaint. Engineer due round twice and has not appeared on either occasion. First time I was called half an hour before due time and because I didn't answer my phone no one turned up. Didn't even get a second call or a visit even though I was home for the 3hr time period implied to me via text message. Second booking Drew the engineer declined to park in available free parking outside my house and after implying he would park up never came, even though it sounds like he was just at the end of my road. Ive paid £150 in advance and I can't even contact anyone to request a refund for the lack of service. There's clothes that have been stuck in the machine for weeks now. Shocking. Wish I just bought a new washing machine somewhere else instead of thinking this company is reliable.

Easy enough to get to,lovely gentleman at the gatehouse. When nearing the site it?s a left turn before the roundabout,it?s kinda hidden so easy to drive past.
