The most friendly pub we all could imagine, we (family group 16 of us) spent Christmas week in Lydbrook and The Colliers absolutely made our stay perfect with great atmosphere and friendly locals we all felt part of the village There are only two pubs in the village but the Colliers inn is by far 100% the

Great pub, Has very reasonably priced bunk house accommodation for visitors. Recently doing the pop up kitchen scene, bringing different styles of cuisine into the village, which is great for locals and tourists alike.

Second time we've stayed whilst mountain biking in Cannop. Great place to stay and a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning.

Visited two nights on the run with friends. Manageress was really welcoming. First night was quiet for a Friday. Next night they had live music and the place came alive. Would definitely ring ahead and see if they have music on. Currently without a chef so no meals available. That said we would definitely return.

We visited for an early evening meal and were really pleased with the food and service. A very friendly place, the food was lovely, we had a chat with some of the locals and the Chef even came to say hello and check we were happy. They were also very helpful in dealing with food allergy needs. Our only regret was finding it on the last day of our holiday not the first or we'd have gone again!

Friendly little pub that we popped into for a quick refresher after riding the Forest of Dean on the hottest day of the year.Nice and friendly staff and clients in a cracking location for activities (and they offer accommodation upstairs too!)

We are a family of 8 staying close by and booked the Colliers Inn for Sunday lunch. Had a lovely meal and delicious desserts. My dads wife was struggling as we walked there and she has a very bad hip and knees. The owners offered to drive her back to our accommodation. Not only that he got a minibus to take us all back and wouldn?t accept any payment. Service way above and beyond. What amazing service and great people
