Never accepts donations. Considering their signage says ?donation centre? it?s very ironic as they?re never accept donations! We have tried to donate on five separate occasions, weekends, weekdays, early and late, without fail they have a clipboard outside saying ?No more donations?. To be labelled a distribution centre surely they shouldn?t be turning away any donations.

I took a large bag of donations into the shop and said to the woman would you like these donations? She replied we're not taking books, which was fine as I told her there weren't any books, she then said put them in there. The massive bag I had was very heavy and being a pensioner I found it hard to lift into this container. She was very rude and unhelpful. Whenever I have donated items to other charity shops in the past they've always been friendly and helpful, not this place.

Have started to increase their prices. Blu-Rays used to be 50p now are £2 and DVD were 10p now 50p. Ridiculous with how many donations they get.

Very rude staff most of all the new team who are now in the shop the old staff was amazing this place is gone down hill the new manager of this shop is rude and talks about customers behind the till when there still in the shop what kinda customer service is this terrible place will not be using again and you will lose lots of customers with the new staff you have working here the place is a sham.

LOVE IT. I go regularly and buy household and craft stuff. Always something different every time and I love browsing. Would miss it greatly if it wasnt there anymore

So saddened to read some of these reviews. Two have been reported for legal reasons. Please, If you have a problem with our service report it instore. We will not tolerate abuse of our volunteers or staff.

They are always closed to donations whenever I go there. My daughters love it for cheap clothes they can upcycle.
