The name says it all, Bad!!! Wasn't feeling well so the Mrs said get your blood pressure checked. Went in, the old gentleman (I believe Mr Badham himself) checked my blood pressure. Turned around and said "oh its high, you need to do something about that, something can go pop'. I mean who says that to someone who's unwell and has high blood pressure and is getting it checked for the first time. Put me into a panic and made me even more unwell. Can't imagine if it was anyone else what could have happened. If negative I usually don't leave review. But this really annoyed me.

I?ve stood in there and watched them ignore the phone, just walked by while it rings. They either need a hearing test or another person on reception. Very poor service.

What an unhelpful, rude employee I experienced at this pharmacy.Went to the gloucester pharmacy today to try and obtain a cream for a potential skin cancer causing lesion on my ear that I have been unable to source from 3 other pharmacies.I went through the open doors at 1pm to be rudely shouted at by a female member of staff wearing a Christmas head decoration that they had shut at 1pm.The doors were open, I did not force my way in.The guy in there said to the rude person that they should serve any customers already in there but to close the doors.I passed my prescription to the same rude person and she went to look.She came straight back with the cream in her hand and told me I would have to come back at 2pm to collect it!One, I was already there in the store.Two, she had the damn cream in her hand. It would have taken but a few minutes to sort, but she insisted I came back after 2pm.What the hell was I supposed to do for an hour? Drive 15 minutes home then 15 minutes back an hour later? Wait in the car park twiddling my thumbs? Tell my employer, sorry but they wouldn?t serve me so I?ve had to take more time out that you are paying me for to collect it.What an unfeeling and totally unhelpful response. Not a very festive response from someone who obviously wanted to portray a Christmas spirit.Needless to say I left with my prescription and will never darken their doors again.Their staff that they are there to offer a service, NOT to completely frustrate the poor unfortunates that come into their stores.What a mean minded Scrooge that person was.I am appalled at this non level of service.Update from 17th Dec 2023I received very apologetic email from Mr Peter Badham and I was pleasantly surprised at his conciliatory tone.It seems Badhams do care about customer service and he was genuinely appalled that someone would give this poor service.Thank you Mr Bdham.

Bad by name bad by nature been ringing again of over a hour phone rings then hangs up or they will take it of the hook and it will say line busy. Not good when you require regular prescriptions. If you go in to the shop you have to wait ages for them to sort your prescription or get told to come back the following day. Very un organized staff. Not good at all

I changed to this chemistBAD MISTAKE one before was bad enoughThis one is worse, fo not give you complete prescription, the chemist had a customer helping fill out his name etc, had to go back to collect things they had in fridge terrible !!

They have become increasingly ineffectual and unresponsive as a service provider, over time. Lacking proficiency too, when dispensing prescriptions. There is not enough storage area. I think they could be much more efficient, if organised more efficiently. They are however, polite on the whole.

Very nice and friendly staff; they welcome you with a great smile ?; also quick to answer any question and help you out with any queries; would be back for sure; though they are incredibly busy and under a lot of pressure, definitely they need to increase staff level. Overall a good experience with this local pharmacy so far and customer service at it?s best!

Really poor service. Had to wait over half an hour for prescriptions that was ordered 12 days ago. Almost always forget both prescriptions and then have to wait an additional 10 minutes for the one they forgot

Poor customer, not acknowledged, pharmacist very rude, lengthy wait, staff carry on chatting amongst themselves and even tried new uniform coats in before checking if presciption is in stock. Have changed nominated pharmacy afyer multiple ussues, they really couldn't careless.

Always chaotic at best and poor customer service, but I was keen to support a local business. Visited today and they no longer make up electronically transmitted prescriptions in advance. The wait to be served took ages, 11 in queue before me, and then told 15 minutes to make up as no longer making up in advance.I've therefore changed my nominated chemist to another - service hopefully can't be much worse.

If I could rate this pharmacy lower I would! Waited for 30 minutes to finally get served, then another 20 minutes for them to sort the medication out! I had the medication thrown across the counter at me! This use to be the pharmacy to go to....not anymore!
