I'm addicted to sushi so this is probably biased haha...no but in all honesty it was brilliant, food off the belt was 25% off because there is happy half hour from 3-3:30pm...they were kind enough to explain its just as long as you pay in-between this time. Korean fried chicken came out promptly and all in all a really pleasant experience!

Discrimination. The waiters deliberately ignored us, after half an hour I approached and asked the service. Other customers were served max after 5 minutes. The waiter bringing the drinks didn't say a word. The cooks were nice and the food was good. The restaurant is not friendly to foreigners. I spent 1 hour and 30 minutes in the restaurant. This was the worst restaurant experience ever. I felt ignored. The only plus is a nice cook.

I've been going to Yo! for years, but they seem to have lost some of the fun and sparkle.The food was good, tasty, and delivered in a reasonable time considering it was a busy Sunday lunch.If you want food and drink from the menu you now have to order by scanning a QR code on the table and using their mobile website. However, quite a bit of the food and drink from the menu wasn't available. Like quite a lot. Disappointingly so.Another nice touch of Yo! from days gone by was the unlimited still and sparkling water from little taps on the tables. Gone.Push a button to call a staff member to order, or to refill your cup of unlimited green tea or miso soup - accompanied by sound effects and unintelligible Japanese voices? Gone. If you want a refill now you have to physically find someone whilst they're delivering food to other people or clearing tables. The staff, unsurprisingly, aren't paying attention to people eating at tables because 99% of the ordering is now done via the website. They were pleasant enough when we did interact with them though.So really the only fun thing now is the conveyor belt. And even that was pretty sparse. There weren't even any edamame beans going round.

Very disappointing. A lot of what we asked for from the menu wasn't available. The food took a while to emerge and it came it in such dribs and drabs I had finished my food before my wife's came out. And the quality of the food didn't match the price charged. I had to ask for glasses for the drinks and ask again when they came back with a straw.To finish off when I was given the bill I was just presented with a total. So I had to ask to see the breakdown to make sure it was right. And noticed the compulsory service charge which was really adding insult to injury at that point.Would I go back? I won't say never, I'll see if they last the rest of the decade though. It'll probably take that long.

Only good thing was that food was tasty and kitchen stuff was friendly but... but ....I will start from beginning so I know its Saturday almost 13:00 and it's busy but before we was seated we wait 15min (not that bad) we get to the table and get our menus and start choosing food it's takes us like 7min? we try many times call waiter after 20min of waiting we approached one waiter but he ignore us, he just start cleaning table next to us and go somewhere, so we try to order online but of course page was out of order so we still wait for someone all the time try to approach any waiters, after another 15min finally young waiter come and take our order. Food arrived quite fast from the kitchen . So we finish eating and its bill time ... omg we wait more than 30min to ask someone for our bill and that attitude that we can tip... for what? For waiting so long to take our order or bring drinks? Waiter come to us just 3 times and we was there close to 2hours (once to take order another time to bring all drinks and once with bill) all food comes straight from kitchen, kitchen porter bring food for us ... this was so bad experience....We will not be back there ...

I think this is by far the worst Yo I have been, the service staff we have was really not suitable to be waiting customers, no smile, not attentive, give me a funny look when I asked for proper chopsticks rather than the junior chopsticks. Food was slow even the restaurant wasn't busy, sashimi was pathetically thin. But a good experience at all...

This was my first time eating at a Yo Sushi, initially everything was good we were picking food off of the conveyer belt but then after around 15 minutes food stopped coming around the conveyer belt with no warning, we waited for around 30 minutes with no food coming around, at this point we asked one of the waitstaff about this and enquired as to whether anymore food was going to come round, he informed up that they were stocking up and more food was going to be coming. We then waited a further 15 minutes, still no food. I wouldn?t have minded this if it was communicated to us as then we could have planned accordingly rather than wasting 45 minutes of my evening waiting around in a hot restaurant. The food that we had was great and the staff were friendly, need to work on communication though.

I have went to eat at Yo Sushi Cribbs a couple times as I also work at Cribbs, and the food there is great. It?s quickly served and the staff there are really kind and prompt with the service too. One of the very first thing they asked was if I have allergies, so there is no need to worry about if they will poison you?. One of my favourite things about going there is talking to Daisy as she tends to serve me a lot and she is very quick with the service. Total recommend !

Cribbs causeway yo sushi. The blonde and ginger waitresses were lovely and very helpful. However, after ordering we had to ask for our drinks and a dish to be brought to us because they had been forgotten. Whilst eating our food we had to listen to two of the chefs swearing at each other which was unpleasant and considering the extortionate price of the food and service tip on the end of the bill, this was very disappointing to hear. There were multiple families with young children sat next to the kitchen who I?m sure also weren?t happy with this.

Manager was really rude to staff members, it was very uncomfortable to watch. The new system is not very good because if you've paid for food on the app and they give it to you on a coloured plate you will be double charged. It was a very chaotic and uncomfortable experience.

Sushi fell apart on the plate, very slow service considering the restaurant was nearly empty,app clunky and not full menu on it and parts of the order forgotten. Would not recommend.

First time at Yo! And it was great, the novelty of your food and drink coming on a conveyor belt is great (although slightly frustrating when it not your food that goes past). We had a variety of things including Yo! fries, popcorn shrimp, duck roll, chicken gyoza, Avocado Maki and more. They were all great and came in good time.Can?t wait to come again!
