I have been using this Vision Express since 2021 for eye tests and for ordering glasses, and I am always satisfied with the whole experience. I always used to get my prescription glasses from here until I underwent surgery for implantable contact lenses, as my prescription glasses were very high. I ordered a pair of polarised sunglass lenses to my old prescription glasses frame, dropped off my old glasses frame the next day, and within 7 days, the pair of sunglasses were ready for pick up, quick check and never felt happier, they were perfect. The staff is thorough, patient, and professional. I highly recommend this Vision Express. Keep up the good work!

Had eye test at cribbs causeway and found all staff friendly, professional and very knowledgable.
The optician I had was really good picking up eye issues and getting appointment at eye hospital to get second opinion.

I purchased a pair of glasses last week at the Cribbs Causeway branch in Bristol. The lady who helped me was called Tracey she is a dispensing optician within the branch. Tracys service was excellent. She was extremely thorough and professional. I think she is a valuable member of your team.

Just paid for my eye test and that was it.
I?ve only ever been to vision express (3times) but each experience has been a good experience.
