It's a room to get your head down, that's the fairest way to review.
Dated, bit grubby but not minging.
No onside restaurant or bar so other than a vending machine in the entrance that's your lot.
Mollies next door do good food and there's a pub over the road too.

Filthy room on arrival, cleaners in this place need sacking or educating as to what cleaning actually is

Location is great, rooms are run down and filthy.
Staff are useless, unavailable and intimidating when approached.
Will never use again.

Tried this hotel for a change as we usually stay at the AbbeyWood Travelodge. Booked for one night. Thankfully had a fan as room very hot & it was one of the hottest nights of the year
Couldn't watch tv as it pixilated & kept going blank
Soap dispenser in the bathroom by the sink was empty & the one over the bath was also empty as all the contents had run out over the bath.
Will definitely be booking Abbeywood again next time

Great place to stay for an overnight stop. Rooms were a little hot but fan was provided and windows opened. Everything was clean and tidied. Staff were very friendly

Good clean rooms. Easy check-in just a bit pricey

Family rooms are like a kindergarten kids running up and down the corridor.
Room was actually ok, could've been cleaner... but spoilt by kids noise.

We booked a few nights at the Travelodge in Bristol Cribbs Causeway. Two adults, two kids, and three beds that looked like they?d seen more action than the M5 next door which, by the way, is practically in the same room as your bed. Yes, the location is ?convenient,? assuming you don?t mind falling asleep to the dulcet tones of articulated lorries thundering past every eight seconds.
Let?s start with the good. The front reception was polite and friendly. The car park is large and spacious, ideal if you?re arriving in a Challenger 2 tank or towing a small moon. However, it?s let down by a few dark corners where your car might either gain a new dent or vanish entirely, and the security cameras look like they were installed back when dial-up internet was still a thing.
Now, the room. It wasn?t exactly a shoebox, but you wouldn?t want to do yoga in there either. Everything screamed ?1998? from the furniture to the mood. The fan, presumably placed there to help with the complete absence of air conditioning, did little more than redistribute ancient dust directly into our faces. I?m fairly certain I inhaled part of the 90s.
The bathroom was? well, it existed. The bath plug had a casual relationship with its chain, popping off like a diva at a press conference. And the soap dispenser? Empty. I had more luck getting soap from a dry stone wall. Washing our hands turned into a team-building exercise involving cold water and wishful thinking.
Now, sockets. Or should I say: the hunt for sockets. There weren?t many. But for reasons unknown, they?ve decided the room needed more USB ports than NASA mission control. I could?ve charged the entire street?s smartphones, but plugging in a kettle? That?s another story.
All in all, it wasn?t the worst place I?ve stayed that honour still belongs to a damp tent in Wales but it?s far from being top of the leaderboard. It needs a refresh, some air con, and a soap dispenser that contains something other than broken dreams.

On arrival lovely lady Sam welcome us with a smile and great hospitality. Rooms are clean and tidy. A bit age related touch but not affect our stay or comfort. I would come back here and I would recommend!

Good place to stay overnight with our dog on our way to Cornwall via M5. Good restaurants nearby.

Booked this hotel for guests coming to Bristol for work. Never again. One of our clients had sleepless nights due to the noise in the room above him. Our other guest spotted 3 rats running along the corridor and there was a bait box outside the door of her bedroom. Complete denial of this situation by management and customer service. Shocking inadequate service and recognition of problem. I will not be booking this hotel ever again for our guests. Not a pleasant experience whatsoever.

RATS OR MICE TAKE YOUR PICK. The corridor hosts a playground for them and the staff don?t care nor do head office. I saw three what I thought were mice but the receptionist reassured me that they were rats! I checked out and as it was last minute paid a lot for another booking. Millie?s next door is absolutely amazing! Head office won?t refund me. I have now contacted environmental health as it needs closure with immediate effect!
