0 stars. Booked a room at a price of £151.99 for an evening celebrating my birthday and received a call just after midnight to say that I would not be able to stay at the hotel and that they would try to find alternative accommodation. No further calls or room sorted leaving me with no where to stay for the night due to the time of notification. Spoke with the hotel the following day and was told they had subsequently let someone else have the room. Made a complaint and was told that they had given me a full refund as a ?gesture of goodwill?.
What a joke!

Small rooms, very small bathroom. Would be better with a round sink, budget room, clean and friendly. Just what you need really.

Really dirty room. Broken mattress. Poor. Plenty of choice in this area for much better quality of accommodation. This accommodation was booked by a third party and I would not come back.

Great dog friendly hotel. With Vosta and Subway on doorstep.

Room is nice and cosy but no drawers so if you are here for more than a day it's not good there's no where to put your clothes but other than that it's ok

Perfectly fine for visiting Concorde or events in the area. Clean room, easy parking, good breakfast.
Not fancy but functional.

What was already a pretty bleak, smelly, dirty room was made worse by the fact that Travelodge itself treats you less like paying customers, and more like forced captors. I asked, very kindly, to amend a booking, and they just dully cite the terms and conditions and basically tell you to get lost. Absolute shame and will definitely not be using Travelodge for the foreseeable future. So overpriced for what you get, heed my advice and pay a tiny bit more and go to a real hotel, and not this excuse of a hotel.

You get what you pay for and it's not bad at all! £4.50 for a pint of bud!!!! They do leave tea bags, suger etc on a table by the door which is good as I drink lots of tea! The room is clean as well as the toilet and plenty of towels which is nice, good parking disabled friendly entrance etc which is good, nice smoking area outside and the staff are welcoming which is an extra bonus! Bloody key cards need looking into as they are crap!

Stopped here on our why up ten M5 and it was a lovely hotel, friendly staff upon walking in, close and smart, room well kept and tidy, the food down stairs was lovely, plenty of options and well cooked. A really pleasant stay, and great value.

Can't complain at all, staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and even had air conditioning which was a relief. The buffet breakfast was cheap and totally acceptable
It's very close proximity to a Subway and short distance from a supermarket was convenient as well

Would have been 5s had the coffee machine been working requested a refund and went elsewhere for breakfast.

Friendly greeting and quickly checked in. Room was standard Travelodge room which I expected. Now the not so good bits. Lots of hairs in the room , dirty towel so not great. The car park woefully small. I took the last slot in-between two vans. It was tight. Why build a hotel with insufficient parking. Local area not great. Aircon sounded like a tractor with a broken exhaust and no way could anyone sleep with such a noise. Got woken up at 3.15 with police sirens due to a police station being directly opposite, from then on I could just here road noise and couldn't get back to sleep. Best part of my stay was leaving and I won't be going back.

**3/5 Stars - Overpriced for what you get**
Stayed at Travelodge Bristol Filton and honestly, for the price they?re charging, this was quite disappointing. You?d expect much better standards when you?re not paying budget rates.
Parking was a nightmare - completely inadequate number of spaces for the amount of rooms. Spent ages driving around looking for a spot and ended up having to park far from the entrance. Unacceptable for what we paid.
The room was tiny, genuinely cramped with barely enough space to open a suitcase properly. For the money, you?d expect something more spacious. The shower setup was awful - poorly designed and difficult to use with inconsistent water pressure.
Basic amenities were missing too - no shampoo or conditioner provided, which is pretty standard even at actual budget hotels. Housekeeping was subpar as well - the sheets were old terry towelling material with hairs stuck in them. Had to request fresh bedding immediately.
Staff were pleasant enough and the location worked for our needs, plus the WiFi was reliable. The bed itself was comfortable once we got clean sheets.
But honestly, at these prices you can get much better accommodation elsewhere. The value for money just isn?t there - if they?re going to charge premium rates, they need to provide a premium experience. Would definitely look at other options next time rather than pay this much for such basic, poorly maintained facilities.????????????????

Honestly the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. The cutlery was cleaned with a cloth and put back.
Chewing gum and plasters stuck to things in the room. Bathrooms had no hand soap, drains and toilet stank.
