Did a lot of shopping at Cribbs today and every interaction was swift, efficient, forgettable, except at The Perfume Shop. Tori the Store Manager was amazing, effortlessly handled my family and other customers simultaneously, was engaging and managed to give a personal touch. My only regret was not asking Tori whether she was looking for another job as if she had an interest in IT I would have tried to recruit her for the vacancies in my team.

I don't normally write reviews but I had a really great experience earlier today. I was in looking for some perfumes for my friend and Matthew really helped me. I told him the ones i was looking for and the ones my friend already owns, he gave me great recommendations. Ended up only buying one, but he was really helpful and funny. Will definitely shop again

Went into the shop today just to have a look around, and a few of the workers really helped point out the best perfumes and showing me the most popular ones. The worker that stood out was Matthew, really helpful and kind and showed me his favourite ones. Overall great woker

Terrible customer servicesBought some high-quality perfume and asked for it to be GIFwrapped. Honestly, my 6 year-old could of wrapped it up better and their excuse was scissors was blunt.I said have you got any more scissors they said no that?s the only pair in the store.One blunt pair of scissors in the whole store which would not cut a piece of paper.You could not make it up.

I was bit jumbled as my intention was to test few men perfumes. Matthew greeted me and made my journey really smooth. Hence i purchased few tasters and ordered proper size perfumes online. It had been a few days since i received such generous customer service. Matthew deserves a pat on the back
