Just had a veggie breakwich & the egg was barely cooked, it fell apart in my sandwich and made a gag. It was absolutely vile. Straight in the bin. Tried to call the shop to explain & the number goes to Bristol airport!

Absolutely appalling going in with a happy face even polite all thought out I go to this store as I just finished work then the lady charged me for 3 things I didn?t have so waited for a refund nicely but because the manager couldn?t find my order on the till as I paid she then started going in on me for having my uniform on and said this would happen in your store as I come there all the time but I?m not at work so how can she say that? Would she say it if I didn?t have my uniform on? No so why would u say it to a loyal customer who?s never been rude to your staff before because you made a mistake you tried turning it on me

Restaurant put onions in my son's sandwich and he is allergic. Refunded £1.27 although we had to throw out the entire sandwich due to his allergies. Do not recommend

Rebecca, the sandwich artist is very good with her service and customer dealings. The way she place the order, prepare food and customer interaction is very pleasing. Managing the store alone in the morning is impressive. The ambience and the food is very good.

Some times I have to work in Bristol and this is a place I always stop before the long drive back to essex
Always clean and foods always fresh as sometimes in other stores I feel they give you yesterday bread ?

Was disappointed at being over charged. I pointed out the mistake, they argued with me so I had to do the math for them in slow motion before they believed me... CHECK YOUR ORDER... either trying to rip people off or they are incredibly inept.

Favourite subway around, as the staff don't try to save 5p of lettuce on every sandwich. Also the restaurant is kept very clean, the only mishap is it can be quite busy but I think that's solely due to everyone else using this Subway over the others.

Visited for lunch, disappointed by how slow the staff were to process the customers. Stood in the queue for 10 minutes and the customers who were at the front, still weren't finished being served, I appreciate that much of the time, it's the customers being indecisive about what they want, but that doesn't help the queues.Very good range and it's great that they do everything as a salad if you would like.Not a cheap option for lunch as you can go out for a proper meal for the same price as a meal deal.But still great as a treat or if you use the app where you can get good deals and Discounts.I was put off from getting the app as they wanted such a complicated password, I knew I wouldn't remember it.

I order online to be a little more efficient, sadly my order hadn?t been done 5 minutes after pickup stated on the app after I?d queued and waited patiently for service. I get it there were some difficult very noisy customers at the till when I got there and thank goodness they left before I had to stand and wait for my order to be made. At least it was fresh I guess
