Stayed here three times so far with another stay coming up this month. Staff are always really helpful and easy to approach. Rooms have all been good so far exactly what you would expect from Premier in.
I'm glad that the parking is free again as last year i felt that was a bit of an added sting we didn't budget for as we hadn't paid previously.

I've stayed here a few times for work reasons but really need to find somewhere else...premier plus room is small and dirty compared to others I've stayed in. Water left in coffee machine..toilet marked up... pile of dirty towls left in the hallway and have been there for a few hours..
Restaurant is always an issue.. you must check in on time, yet Sat down for 17min before having to get someone's attention to be served. Restaurant toulets were dirt with sanitry towl paper hanging out of the bin and no soap to wash hands ,sure staffing would be an issue if mentioned. Finally thought I needed to review... looks Grand but corners being cut..

Overall was not too bad. Good location as we used it and a stop off point. Only thing is the rooms we had some of the towels stank and was quite thin walls which meant we could hear other people from the other rooms beside us and upstairs.

Restaurant you wait ages for your order to be taken them iwas still waiting for over an hour for my meal.

Often used for meetings, free internet can be a bit touch and go otherwise would give 5 stars. Staff are however fantastic and always ready to step in

We?ve always stayed in Premier Inn whenever we can. We?ve never had problems in the past with other hotels. But this one in Cribbs was horrible as we hardly got any sleep! This was relatively a new hotel when we stayed, but the noise level is unbelievable. We could hear footsteps above our room the whole night until 4am, complained to reception at around midnight but they said they can?t do anything about it. The floors were made in such a way that you can hear even the slightest footstep. On a positive side, the location and parking were very convenient.

Staff were brilliant we were let down by 2 taxis !!! which was not good as we were going to a wedding, the staff on duty were fantastic and helped us get to the wedding on time, the young lad on duty drove us there with permission from the young lady on reception or we would have been late for the wedding well done both of you and thank you very much

We've just returned home in London(near noisy Heathrow) after staying at Premier Inn Cribbs. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's a very quiet location with air conditioned rooms and free parking for guests. I must say this is one of the best Premier Inns I've ever stayed at. Staff were particularly friendly and helpful and I must commend the two lady staffers Aleena & Helen for their kindness.

This is a nice hotel and the rooms are comfortable but the constant noise from people walking around the floor above was unbelievable and sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. I asked to move but was told it was fully booked. Not experienced that issue in any other Premier Inn. I stay often in London and it's usually really quiet.
