Very poor experience - waited over 40 mins for a simple breakfast and even then the order was incorrect. Staff were pleasant enough but this did little to make up for below average food; filled croissant was burned, cooked breakfast was luke warm and missing some items. Lots of room for improvement, two star overall is generous?

I recently visited with some friends for lunch; such a lovely experience! Food and service was great, seems like a really well run establishment. They were very busy but I we were still made to feel like our custom was important - will definitely be coming back; whoever is running this place is doing a great job!

Great service, great staff, and overall a lovely experience ordering a cake from there. I was served by the manager Alex and he was very professional and helpful. Looking forward to going back and ordering more delicious cakes for more special occasions.

Dreadful experience. Been here many times but this morning we went to Cribbs Causeway. Ordered drinks and brunch. The drinks took 10 minutes but after 30 minutes the food still hadn't arrived so my husband complained about the time and others were served before us. He was offered drinks as it was going to be at least another 10 minutes so he refused and declined the bill for the drinks as we had wasted so much time waiting!!! Lots of staff hanging around, others people complaining and not what you would expect from this establishment!!!!

Regular visitor to this store, usually great service and products. The last couple times visited not the usual good service, very busy, even more so since cafe rouge closed and staff seem to be struggling to keep with demand. Hopefully it gets back its previous greatness.

Do Not Order Online ? Terrible, Irresponsible Service!
Even if you order weeks in advance to secure your delivery, they will deliver late and ruin your plans. Especially if it?s for something important like a birthday cake. Completely irresponsible?avoid at all costs!

We were shown to a table quickly, It was quiet.
One young waiter, no personality. Carrot cake was awful. Coffee was good. Most of the cutlery was not clean. My wife's honeycomb and chocolate cake was delicious..We wont come back.

Awful, slow, unfriendly service - we waiting at the entrance for a while whilst no staff acknowledged us, despite making eye contact. Another customer told us to sit ourselves as they had had the same experience.
Eventually a member of staff sat us without menus, then came back and tossed the menus near us without speaking.
We ordered a cake and a coffee, which took at least 10 minutes despite not being busy.
No tables were cleared down and we had to chase someone down for the bill, as again no staff acknowledged or checked on us.

Awful food. Poor service as the staff must be constantly fielding complaints. Such a shame as this used to be such a nice place. Avoid if you can, and maybe try again in a few months

Went for Afternoon Tea....it was nothing special I'm afraid. The plain scones were so heavy, the fruit were ok but more like a rock cake. The white bread sandwiches were dried out. The brown were fine. The little cakes were nice, especially the macarons. Some of the serving staff were not friendly and really quite rude, twice i was completely ignored. I won't be going there again.

Avoid at any cost!! Or expect street food quality and service.
Dirty cutlery. I bet they don?t wash cutlery in a dishwasher. Maybe they just soak them . . .
Coffee?s quality was terrible. I just don?t understand how they manage to get this wrong!!
A couple of hours after visiting here we all got diarrhoea.
And with this level of service and hygene they add £5 optional service charge to the bill. Seriously?

The food was okish! But would never go there again! I hope the overcharges we paid will buy them new brooms and mops and pay for their staff to be better trained! Talk about standards down the drain!
