Lovely visit to Pandora today. Was greeted pretty much straight away by Victoria, she was so helpful, friendly and you could tell she wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchases. Great customer service. Thank you Victoria!

what an absolutely lovely experience at pandora in cribbs. such a beautiful range of jewellery to look at, a great selection of charms, as well as necklaces and rings. the pre-made bracelets with charms was so pretty and creative. my partner bought me a bracelet with three lovely charms, victoria was such a help and provided great customer service! sadly i?m not allowed to unbox or try the bracelet on again until christmas day! but well worth the wait xx

Very bad customer service been waiting over 6 weeks for a bracelet to be returned from repairs the girl behind the counter was quite rude saying that they don't just have one shop but others aswell I've had repairs done in the past by other jewellery companies and they don't take this long and because of there attitude I'm now going to take my buisness else whare I have spent alot of money at this store over the years I'm not talking just a few hundred quid so it's now there lose I would really recommend that before you buy from pandora if it's a repair you need be prepared to wait at least a couple of months before you see the item again

This morning (17/01), I was served by Sophie - she was incredible! It was such an easy process to do my click and collect (which was processed within under an hour, super speedy), and she was amazing in helping me pick out some more charms! I will definitely be returning to this store again, thank you!

Had to wait an hour to go in to buy a braclet and charms we knew what we wanted. We then went into the store to queue again, we were now at the front of the second queue when a young girl came down the queue asking if we knew what we wanted, etc, she then took someone that was like two behind us to her counter !! She then asked us to wait at the other counter until one of her colleagues was available by this time three or four people in the queue was served before us and we were just stood there being ignored. When someone else asked us if we needed help I told her that we had been waiting along time and that others from the queue had been seen before us. She then said well that's cause your not in the queue like your suppost to be your stood at the counter. Seriously, I told her that we were told to stand there by her colleague, she then came out rudly and said well which one and asked me to point her out, we had no apology and the whole experience was awful.

Be aware the prices in the shop don't include VAT so they add it on at the till. Never seen that in the UK before so it's a bit scammy.

Staff have always been helpful and they were happy to let me try on bracelets and look at charms as was indecisive.
Evie was really helpful and if she wasn?t sure on a question I had, she took the time to go ask and make sure she was giving me correct information!
Overall I always enjoy my experience in Pandora!

On entering the shop told to wait in the queue. So we waited (no one else in the queue). There were three shop assistants dealing with customers and two others, one of which just carried a tray around doing nothing else and one with an iPad in her hand doing nothing. We waited in this so called queue for thirty minutes and neither of the two shop assistants who were doing nothing bothered to serve us. When one of the shop assistants dealing with a customer had finished she disappeared out the back and didn?t attempt to serve us either. After thirty minutes we walked out. Staff ignorant and in need of training in customer service

Very rude staff at cribbs causeway unfortunately, was stood waiting a while then when approached I was made to explain myself 3 times as to why I was returning my tarnished ring I had only 1 week ?only one week? she said before telling me to queue elsewhere and when I did she then went to the people infront of me and ignored me who weren?t in the queue quite frankly when I did speak to someone to explain they took the ring out the back and made me wait 15-20 minutes to come back out and said they cleaned the ring for me when I stated I wanted a refund as this had happened to the rings bought from there on numerous occasions and for the price you would be expected to be treated a bit more nicely, was quite sad to be treated in such a manner, especially when I?ve always been a Pandora wearer.
