I can?t fault the staff and service at Moss Bros Cribbs Causeway, from arranging the suit fittings appointments, to the fitting and return of the suits everything went seamlessly. The staff were attentive, helpful and kept us informed of each step of the hiring process.

Needed shirts for upcoming event. No appointment booked, just a quick walk in.
No offer of assistance, had to hunt to ask to use the changing rooms and after establishing my size myself, was ignored by staff when waiting at the till who proceeded to walk off to another part of store to chat. Decided they didn't want my custom.
Left and went to Charles Thyrwhitt at the other end of the Cribbs, who not only greeted me, but helped find exactly what I wanted.

I needed a suit at the very last minute for an event.
I arrived at the store 20 minutes before they closed with fingers crossed but staff were great, running around helping me to find the right one. They even stayed open a few minutes late to ensure I got what I needed.

Terrible experience - we were completely ignored during our visit today. The staff weren?t smartly dressed so difficult to tell who worked there and seemed too preoccupied with fitting another wedding party so help us at all. Going somewhere else for our wedding suits!

We were served by Chiara she was super attentive and helpful. Another customer came in to ask her opinion on styling. Shows she's good at her job. I then went back as I forgot to ask about trouser sizing and she was leaving. But she still went back and checked to let me know.. She deserves a Christmas bonus. Great customer service.

Quality suits. Such a nice selection of suits to try on. I came away with a lovely linen suit. Mackenzie was so helpful, got my size and gave me ideas for colours.

Poor experience. Me and another fellow attended to rent suits. The amateur staff working there were clueless. To the point it was awkward.

Very helpful staff and great service. I booked a consultant appointment online, and was seen promptly when I arrived. The staff were very helpful with suggestions for my wedding suit hire and helped me find exactly what I was after! The process was very simple and they seemed to have something for everyone.

Thoroughly impressed with the service at Miss Bros Cribbs Causeway. In particular Kate and Peter who took time with my brother to pick the right 3 piece suit for his upcoming wedding and get the correct measurements. Smooth process for hiring suits for the ushers.
