Visited the store today to find cookie cutters (In an attempt to make dinner time more fun for my 2yo).Served by Jude who promptly showed us around the shop and found something we were really happy with.Left the shop pleased with our purchase but also blown away by the standards of service that we received from Jude! A real credit to the business (and yes dinner was cut into dinosaur shapes!)

My wife and I wanted details of a Dual Air Fryer.The lady in the Cribbs Causeway Store was very informative and helpful and handled our questions very professionally.We bought one.We like this Store, there is a very wide range of products that are of high quality and competitively priced.

Nice store, which is well lit.There is plenty of stock on the shelves, and it's all nicely presented.Easy to manoeuvre around.There are 2 floors - steps at the front of the store and a lift at the back.Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.Located on the lower ground of the mall close to John Lewis.Free car parking lot.

The exact item I wanted to buy was available only from Lakeland, that's a plus to them. But, they didn't have the second item I wanted, neither could I get it from John Lewis, so that is negative for both. Lakeland staff are generally very helpful, their prices are competitive given their quality, so I give them 4.7, rounded to nearest integer 5.
