DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE. the staff are so unserious. I booked in my MOT and they refused to do it ?because it would fail?. They didn?t want to do any work to fix it even though the other garage I went to said it takes two seconds to fix the issue. When I went to pick up my car they lost the accessories to my key chain and all shrugged and didn?t even know where they went - kept blaming it on each other. Awful, mindless, slow and unhelpful service

Always great service / been coming for 20 + years - great to see the same guys , I know I can trust them totally - they always sort out any problem (i had a slow puncture this time) . Don't live local anymore but wouldn't go anywhere else

My heat shield was loose and rattling around.Phoned and they said to pop up.They put a couple of new bolts in and didn't charge anything and 5 mins later I was on my way home ! Thanks so much, great service !

Overall service was acceptable but they should work more carefully. They?ve broken my car?s tyre?s sensor. They?ve replaced it with third party sensor not original one. I had to go to another branch for reprogramming.

I dropped in in the afternoon after work all of a sudden last week with a nail in my tyre and I was going to struggle to get home to Thornbury. The guy who checked my car in was really helpful and kind and squeezed my car in in amongst a busy schedule. They fixed my tyre, no fuss and I was on my way within the hour. Excellent service, I am so grateful for their help

This used to be a decent garage with helpful lads. I've been a regular for years, using them for servicing and MOT. However, this year my wife booked an MOT with them, and the customer service was definitely awful. I requested if they could help change my spare tire to the main tire (which I had taken out myself and checked by Formula 1 garage for free), and I was told it would attract a £20 charge and was insulted in the process when I tried to question why the charge. Usually, these are things Kwikfit would do for customers for free. They finished the MOT and never bothered to call after it was done. They only called my wife at 6 PM when they were about to close, so we had to pick up the car the next day. I'll not be using them and have asked my wife never to book anything with them again, even if they are the last garage in Bristol. I can't give my money to people who don't care about customer service when there are lots of other garages with better customer experience.

Really helpful staff.
I punctured my tyre last Tuesday. I didn?t have my purse and no Apple Pay. Was told no one could pay over the phone so I was stuck with no way to pay.
Mechanic put my spare tyre on for me, so that I wasn't stuck (I live the other side of Bristol).
Brought the team in some donuts today as a thank you, but feel the good service should be shared!

Made an appointment, arrived on time yet told they haven't got anyone in. Waste of my time.
Recommend local garages instead. There's a reason for their rep of unreliability.
