Not a great experience at all. Greeted at the door by a young lady who could not have been less interested in our custom. Show to the table and told to scan a QR code to make an order. No 3G/4G signal so tried to use their WiFi which requires login and ended up in an endless loop of trying to logon. Gave up and went to join a very long and slow queue. It took over half an hour from arriving to placing an order. When trying to place an order they didn?t have any of the drinks we wanted (nothing with gas apparently). To be completely fair the food wasn?t bad when it arrived hence 2* instead of 1*)

A spontaneous visit to this mall based restaurant. The food was tasty, and the service was friendly. The only downside was at 7pm they had run out of some of the sides on the menu, but an extra burger added to the stack filled the gap nicely.

I love the food, it was very tasty and excellent. I took chicken bbq with kimchi coleslaw soo so good. The tea was too sweet but its fine.Service it is odd , they have app to download but working just on iPhone, I tried to used it on android it won't work so I have to order in bar. The waitress was aware of that ... well fineAtmosphere is nice , quite. Overall I like this place and I be back.

We were told that we need to wait for around 15-20 minutes outside because they were very busy. I just don?t understand why we could not wait at a table as there were numerous tables free. It?s the first time a restaurant asks me to wait outside while they have free tables and they could serve us some drinks in the meantime. Going to avoid this one and it?s a shame as the one from Clark?s village has great service.

Choices limited. High end cost. Spicy chicken stickes and no other option (what if you don't like /can tolerate spice. The choice made for you is rude. The toilets are vile. Toilet roll holder clanging as no space to move plus not he roll holder not locked in properly , diry floor moved the sani bin , ewe. Grim looking , no soap no cleaning sign off sheet , clearly . For the cost of buger King does not match up. Decietfully planned amd awful conduct.

I don't know why we couldn't have just told them what we wanted as soon as we got in. We knew what we wanted from reading the menu outside but we were told to scan the thingy. I had to register, go on mobile data, go through the process. 10 minutes later of faffing around, it then added 10% tips with no option I could see to remove it, only reduce it to 5%. Why should we tip you for doing your job for you?? So we just got up and left. If that's the way you run the business we won't ever be returning to this or other branches

Very bad service running by amateurs with no clue about hospitality. We got served Extra Dry chicken tenders they mistaka°°d the name of them for sure for our child. Our burger buns grilled only a top bottom cold but told by manager with attitude its grilled when it wasn't and he walked off burger was well done but ordered medium asked manager for ketchup and mayo got ketchup only and no check backs done thru whole meal if we OK. Sended back my childs food no refund was offered just silent walked away and thats it the best part they haf constant blackouts with no explanation from any of the members that they have issues with electricity on top of it very dirty place loads of dust and masive white stains everywhere on sofas you need deep cleaning for sure ?

Food here is amazing. Cooked to your liking with alot of customisable options. If you buy the refillable drinks, you need to go and get it refilled yourself as they don't ask if you would like a refill.

Wouldn?t go back. The food was ok, little dry from being over fried but not bad. The bigger issue was their attitude and unwillingness to help a family with young children. My son doesn?t like fries so I asked if I could swap for something else which was refused and no other option offered, not very child friendly but fine I understand ..but then to serve a two year old nearly a whole raw carrot that he couldn?t bite into and food scolding hot directly to a toddler in a hot metal bucket just showed a complete lack of care and they also held the drinks back until the food came( I told her I was buying the extra drink to keep him occupied until the food arrived). It wasnt particularly busy so I just really don?t understand the poor customer service, our server just seemed uninterested in helping, hopefully we just got a bad one

The service was okay but the food wasn't as I was expecting. We were asked to order via the app which the 3 of us did separately but at similar times but the gap between our meals being served was awful. My friend had finished her meal before mine had even arrived. And when it did arrive, it was wrong and th chicken was very jelly-like which was not pleasant.Would not go back and would not recommend.

A long time before I visited a GBK. Burgers, Fries and Onion Rings were all good as were the Milkshakes.Was very busy, though staff all just got on with it. The lady that served us (manager?) was very patient with the 2 kids ordering their own.Thumbs up all round!Kid-friendliness: Kids have play menu and staff served them with a smile and that is always important to them!
