Great Costa coffee as always, but I like a pastry with my morning coffee and this cafe does not bake them on site, but get stale, dry pastries delivered in. Yesterday I had a nice fresh pan au raisin, baked in the store at a Costa deive through in Bridgewater. Please Costa get all your cafes to bake pastries on site.

They were cleaning at the time. So queue was snaking around the counter and back again. More staff maybe. Or clean when you have less of a queue, especially at lunchtime.
Just wanted to get in and back out.

Convenient little coffee shop from a big brand just where you need it to be.
Perfect pit stop between the centre of Bristol and the further reaches of the city if you?re travelling by bike.
Friendly staff on the weekend and not too busy.
Parking: Parking for users of the shops and hotel. May need to register number plate somewhere if you?re staying a long time. Not so obvious if needed as couldn?t see a sign from the costa.

Quiet Coffee store at the weekend as main trade is drive through. Waited here whilst having work done at the local Kwik Fit garage.

Usual choices and comfort you would expect from Costa. Service was good. I had tea and one of their delicious chocolate brownies.

Nice enough place and good coffee, check your change if paying by cash, I was short changed by 50p for my coffee got it back no problem when I told the person serving. Advise you pay by card.

Our drinks were made by a very friendly, but extremely busy employee, whose arms were moving around like a blurry octopus, trying to keep up with all the ordersIn the background, stood a guy holding a tablet doing absolutely nothing. I asked busy barista why the other guy wasn't helping his colleagues out and was told that he was from head office and he was there to monitor how much work the other staff were doingNobody likes to work whilst other people watch them, especially as the stalker guy was likely getting paid more to stand and watch his overworked colleagues?and tippy tap tap occasionally on his TABLET OF EXTREME POWERDrinks were fine-my latte in a mug request was accommodated without fuss and the cinnamon bun tasted pretty good, but then I'm on a diet so all food tastes better at the momentThis Costa is pretty loud, and today there was annoying music playing which didn't helpAfter finishing our drinks and food we left, and I noticed creepy conspicuous head office stalker guy had moved to a different position, but thankfully he was still tappy tap tapping on his TABLET OF EXTREME POWER every now and again. The poor guy probably needs a few weeks off to recover from all that tapping
