Took my daughter to have her ears pierced today. I cannot thank Lorraine enough. She was the only piercer in and explained she would have to pierce one ear at a time as opposed to both together which left us nervous as our daughter has additional needs and needed a lot of reassurance. Lorraine was amazing and put her totally at ease. Thank you so much. You made our daughter?s day ?

Enough requirements for a very early age.. got there with my 5 mo daughter with everything done as they asked, and yet just to see the time passing and my daughter growing fussier .. if they had proven more keen to sort out the very early age first and done it at the time of booking and not very late, my daughter would have been pierced now and wear a 60£ set of nice earrings..

Hugely impressed by the staff who helped my 3yr old have her ears pierced today. Staff carefully explained the process and were wonderful at managing my little girl and encouraging her afterwards. Thank you.

Had my daughter?s ears pierced on Saturday. She woke up with one of the earring missing the stone on Sunday morning. After paying £60 I did not expect this to happen. My daughter is highly disappointed that she needs to wear the earring with just the pointy metal left.
I had to drive 20 miles to get back to the shop today to receive a not very nice response from a girl. I am very unhappy with the quality and service. Really overpriced and bad service to customers.
Find somewhere else to have your daughters ears pierced if you still can.
Such a bad memory for a once in a life time experience for my little one.

Lots of girly things. Took two of my granddaughter's in to get some earrings. One has pierced ears the other had clip ons. Buy 3 pairs & got 3 free. Both happy girls!

I?m giving this place a 0 star so unprofessional the most rubbish shop I have ever been my daughter was booked in for the appointment for her ears piercing and received a sms to confirm of the arrival and upon the request they asked not to feed my child not to eat or drink for 1 hour before arrival just came in store for the appointment and they said we can?t do my child ears today so I travelled this far for this and the struggle for them not to come with a alternative or a solution unprofessional staff there not trained to deal with customers matters

Its a good place for last minute party shop for kids. Piercing ears etc. A bit pricey but its your choice buy it or not at least you can find something.

Ended up waiting over 10mins to pay for a £5 item. Not the first time either here waiting ages in a line to pay. It shouldn't be this difficult to buy a cheap item!!

Very rude staff member. A queue was waiting at the till for over 10 minutes while there were two members of staff and very few customers in the shop. When one lady let a member of staff know there were people waiting, she was snapped at. Totally unnecessary. Won't shop there again.
