Decent enough selection but staff seem uninterested in customers. We were there and looking around but no one offered any help at all. I wouldn't race back here.

Nice product overall. Went in store today to buy a padded jacket. Walked round staff chatting. No one said hello, welcome or acknowledgement. As i walked out i looked back to see if the situation was the same. Yep... So i went to John Lewis and spent several hundred pounds there.

Returned a sweater that had shrunk and purchased another without any queries, the salesman was very apologetic.Cannot fault their customer care .Cribbs Causeway shop.A very satisfied customer.
